I like the location. Housekeeping and some staffs were nice and polite.

the breakfast is good. the location is near the shopping areas also, it is good for the visitor for the other country.

I had NO hot water , asked most days till it became a joke. They sent someone each time ..no hot water...T.V constantly had communication problems...Volume control and channel control getting mixed up...same in my friends room AIR CONDITIONER LIKE A CHAIN SAW AT GUANTANOMO BAY

Given a very bad room , with so much bad smell, screeming like ac and extremly dirty walls, ( foot marks every where, not even color washed for ages). Also Without lift access!! I took all my luggage and and came back all the way from staira. complained and got a New room. Seems they intentionally do it if you accept it then its done! N those rooms extremely chep interior with foot printa in walls. In the new room given frombthe west wing has a very slow lift and onky four ppl can go at once. Tv has only one channel, that is a thai sports chanel. Who wants to see a thai language spoken sports channel ? Sattelite is so much cheaper thesedays and why these ppl are not even bothered to give the customer a fascility. Can you accept just one local language channel in an international three star hotel? I stayed 9.5 days ( extened my dates)i never had the chance to have breakfast , may be my fault coz i appered everytike 8.45am like, but they state they have breakfast until 10am. ( never the case :D , do not make enough breakfast obviously, so many ppl came n went just like me). Small breakfast room. Rooms are not sound proof. Woke up many times when people talk in the corridor. Cleaning is average , they have daily room servicd , i always asked to clean the room every otherday coz its easy for me. But the staff were too nosy and fussed on it. Can here all the sounds in the corridor and next door. Defineletly cannot speep after 8am, i am a late sleeper and it was a big problem for me. Inhad the room 410 n they put dirty clothes of every room near my room until afternoon. Its kept in the corridor for hours in front of my room!! What kind of hospitality is that? I have more things to day really fedup of typing. I do not recomand this pleace even if you look for a little decency. Also one thing to notice is lots of african ppl stay here and they have lots of loading and unloading every day , i mean the wholesale purchases. Pathways amd lifts are always congested.

Not recommend to choose tis hotel! The room there was too dirty and many insects around the room especially the BED!! We just check out the room yesterday and I told the staff their room was unclean! They just throw me a paper and ask to wrote a review paper. My friend’s whole body got bites by the insects and the body now full of red dots. One more important,the room facility is too noisy ,we can’t even sleep during night time. Fully not recommend to book this Ten Star hotel again!!!!!!

I booked the room week before. Plane delayed arrived next day. Upon arrival they gave me the key to the room. It was dirty. I go up and down 3 times 3 keys 3 dirty room. Was very dissapointed. Finally upgrade with a suite

Location and shopping which are nearby and verity of shopping mall.

House keeper coming almost afternoon and evening time. Thus, we have to go out till their complete cleaning. Sometimes we need to rest after shopping. This part need to be improved.

Location near prime shopping centers

1. The room rent mentioned in website is different and they take more during payment. 2. Before booking room it is mentioned that there is free cancellation provision for guest if needed. But when we tried to cancel due to technical reasons, hotel said that they will take full room rent for whole booking period and there is no provision of free cancellation. 3. Rooms are small in size not matching as displayed in website

BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. BED AND AIRCON WAS GOOD.THE RESPONSE FROM RECEPTION WAS GOOD.

ROOMS WERE OLD. THE TOILET STANK DESPITE THE HOUSE STAFF CLEANING IT AGAIN AND AGAIN .

I like their Breakfast. The fact that they are near with Markets and shopping malls is so helpful for me such a shopper

Ten star inn hotel has cockroaches :( I found 2 during my 4 nights t days Stay. :'(

The bed was really comfortable and the room was cool enough after returning to hotel from a hot day out. The staff was friendly.

The staff have some difficulty speaking english. So it was sometimes hard to explain what I want from them. Staff night shift and morning shift not communicating, we booked a van to bring us back to the airport the day before we were due to check out with the night receptionist for the following day @6pm but the van came 30mins later than requested. The daytime receptionist had to call the driver to check his location.

I booked 2 of 2 twin deluxe rooms, but when we stayed they gave me 2 of 1 bedroom. It's not fair that they charged me the expensive room but, let us stay normal rooms.
